Back in the day, there was a show called Nashville that I loved watching. Ever since then I have been interested in visiting Nashville, and I finally made it happen! My friends and I went just for one weekend, but we had the best time! It can be hard to plan out short weekend trips, so I have gathered some recommendations for you of some places we went and loved during our trip!

My Trip to Breckenridge, Colorado

A trip with your friends is good for the soul! It doesn’t get very cold in Houston, so going to places with cooler weather is always fun. Breckenridge is a small ski town, but there is so much to do! We had such a blast on this trip and I look forward to going back soon!

Whether you like skiing, shopping, or eating, the options are endless! Not to mention, Colorado is beautiful during any season. This was my first time visiting Colorado and my first time to ever ski! I decided to go to ski school to learn, and I absolutely hated it at first. Eventually, I got the hang of it though and now I love it. Below I’ve listed some of my recommendations for Breckenridge!

This Yellow Turtleneck & Navy Check Coat outfit was the second outfit I wore at NYFW men’s. I have always been afraid of wearing yellow but for fashion week I definitely came out of my comfort zone and have to say I love wearing yellow now. I decided to wear this Navy Check Coat from ASOS, paired with velvet pants and thick sneakers from ZARA.

48 hour Los Angeles trip

The 48 hour Los Angeles trip was short but still filled with fun and sightseeing. Got to check out some places that I never did when I first visited LA. We ate at some amazing restaurants and went to some cool rooftops at night in Downtown LA. During my last trip to LA, we saw Universal Studios and Hollywood Walk of Fame so this time we decided not to go there again. I had never been to Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu so we decided to check out all three places in one day. Also, went to the Hollywood sign and saw the beautiful Beverly Hills Hotel.
